Monty’s Bistro is an independent British/European Restaurant in Alton, Hampshire, owned and run by Tom and Claire Burston.

Monty’s opened its doors in June 2011 and since then has gained an excellent reputation for great food, friendly staff and a bustling atmosphere which is popular with locals and visitors. The Restaurant has a relaxed and stylish feel and carries the simple ethos of freshly cooked food from locally sourced seasonal produce served in welcoming surroundings.

Come and enjoy our two course set menu for only £11, it changes every week and yes, it’s available to men too! This is in addition to our full menu, also available every lunch time and don’t forget to check the specials board for additional dishes.

Sunday Lunch  

Come and join us for the perfect roast dinner every Sunday! Crispy roast potatoes and parsnips, light and crunchy home-made Yorkshire pudding, a fab selection of seasonal vegetables, cooked to perfection, fiery home-made horse radish sauce and probably the tastiest gravy in Hampshire, possibly the world!
